As part of my volunteer work with Out of the Dark, I setup a Cloud hosted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Implementing the Little Green Light CRM would allow the Social Enterprise to more effectively track sales leads, donor details and customer orders.
A new "friend" subscription donation model was designed and integrated from the website into the CRM. This allowed Out of the Dark to collect payments online and store details of subscription based repeat donors. In addition, it allowed improved tracking of tasks, customer communications and creation of invoices.
